Now in its sixth year, this extremely fun Middle School tradition kicks off student Advisory Groups with a field day to build bonds and understanding. Through healthy competition, the Advisory Groups get to know each other, share experiences, and coalesce as teams. Coach Eddy runs the students in grades six through eight through a variety of light-hearted (and hotly contested!) games.
Throughout the year, our daily faculty-led Advisory sessions work with small, tight-knit groups of students to discuss an array of topics across the year including: building respect and self-esteem; identity development and building community; and developing leadership and skills for balancing a healthy lifestyle and the demands of an interconnected world.
