Athletic Fall Season In Review: Cross-Country and Volleyball

We were thrilled to kick off the CAIS Firedragons Athletic 2024-25 Fall Season, featuring exciting competitions in both Volleyball and Cross-Country! This season, our student-athletes not only sharpened their physical skills but also grew as individuals, learning valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Our coaches were dedicated to providing the best support and guidance to help each student reach their potential, and we are all very proud of every single one of their accomplishments.

Cross Country

This 2024-25 Fall Firedragons Cross Country season was an exciting time for our students in grades 5 through 8. Many athletes showed great dedication and hard work throughout the season. We saw wonderful teamwork and sportsmanship, making this season memorable for everyone.

Several of our runners excelled in competitions, finishing in the top 10 at the finals across all divisions! This achievement is a proud moment for our school. Their commitment to training and competing has inspired all of us. It is important to celebrate not only their success but also the effort put into every practice.

Volleyball

With a booming participation among sixth and seventh graders in the Fall volleyball season, the Firedragons volleyball program is heading to an exciting future following a very competitive season. Both our JV 6 and Varsity teams made it to the playoffs this year! As we continue to nurture our students via both PE lessons and sports team opportunities, we believe our students will create the best athletic experience throughout their journeys at CAIS Athletics!

As a community, we cheered for each other, creating a positive and encouraging environment. Each competition was a chance to improve and support one another. We are very proud of our CAIS athletes and look forward to seeing them continue to grow in the future.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in this Fall sports season! Now we are off to the Winter Basketball Season. Let’s Go, Firedragons!
