2013-2014 Tuition
Tuition for the 2013-2014 school year for all grade levels will be $23,406 . There is an additional activities fee for sixth, seventh and eighth grades.

CAIS welcomes applicants from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Each year we set aside an amount equal to 15% of tuition revenue for tuition assistance/financial aid. For 2012-2013 school year, 25% of the student body received tuition assistance. Awards ranged from $1,000-$18,000 per student and the average grant was $9,725 per student. Awards are for one year and continuation is dependent upon demonstrated future financial need.

Auxiliary Program
CAIS offers many optional programs through our Auxiliary Programs Department including Extended Day Care, After School Enrichment classes, Summer Programs and International Programs. The following is a brief description of each program:- Extended Day Care
Extended Day Care allows students to attend school under supervision from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Morning care is complimentary. Extended day care is available on a monthly or daily basis at an additional cost. - After School Enrichment Classes

Summer programs offer students a way to continue learning over the summer while enjoying various activities including language enrichment, arts and crafts, sports, cultural activities and field trips. - International Programs
In fifth and eighth grades, students have the opportunity to participate in exchange trips to Taipei (fifth) and Beijing (eighth) for two weeks during the spring. In partnership with School Year Abroad (SYA) and Beijing Normal University Sanfan Middle School, all seventh grade students spend three weeks in Beijing studying Chinese and putting what they learn into practice during the three-week intensive course that includes a homestay with local families.
